Place an order on Electrify
Who do I order from?

“Electrify” is a company name, and electrify.style a website from Style Suppliers BV, based in Belgium and operating under Belgian law including applicable Belgian and EU consumer protection rules.  References to “Electrify” hereunder also comprise electrify.style and Style Suppliers BV.

How do you place an order on our website electrify.style?

Place your products in your cart.  The prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive but do not include shipment costs.  Shipment costs will be shown at checkout based on your order total weight, the selected shipment method and the country of destination for your order.

Once you’ve added your products in your cart, select "go to payment".  A new window will appear to complete your details in a secured environment.  Follow these  steps:

  1. Check your shopping cart totals
  2. Complete your address
  3. Choose a shipping method
  4. Check your order
  5. Select a payment method
  6. Confirm Terms and Conditions
  7. Confirm Payment
Do I need to create an account to place an order on Electrify?

You don’t have to create an account to place an order on our website.

We recommend however you create an account to benefit from the following advantages:

  • Receive updates on our trends and promotions
  • Create a personal wish list and consult your wish list at any time
  • Consult your purchasing history
  • Save your address and payment preferences to speed up checkout for your next purchase.
How do I choose which size I order?

We put a lot of effort in trying to describe every product in a very detailed way in terms of size and fit. 

Electrify always provides the European size. We also generally mention the size of the model shown on the pictures to have a reliable reference.

Take into account that every figure is unique and fit may vary according to preferences or personal style.

Are shipping costs being charged?

Yes.  Shipping costs are not included in the prices indicated on our website.  The shipping costs are mentioned at checkout and will depend on total order weight, the selected shipping method and destination country.

Free shipping applies to orders above € 125 in Belgium*.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Order placed before 23:00 hours, which are in stock and when direct payment has been chosen will be dispatched within 48 hours.  It may take up to 5 days after dispatch to receive your order, depending on the selected shipment method and destination country. 

Some products might not be on stock or might encounter delays.   We will always try to inform you as soon as possible if any changes occur or if for any reason we cannot comply with this estimated delivery date. 

If you place an order after 14:00 hours or on Fridays to Sundays between 20:00 hours, your order will only be processed on the following workday.

I made a mistake after my order has been placed. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp or e-mail.

For a faster intake of your request: please always mention in the subject of your request: ORDER RECALL with your order number.

My package did not arrive. What should I do?

We understand your disappointment when your package is not being delivered.

We are your first contact point at support@electrify.style .

Please always check if your package was delivered at the neighbors.  If it’s not the case, we will contact the transportation company.

Returns
Can I return my item(s)?

Yes, you can return undamaged items under certain conditions:

  • A return must be made within a period of 14 calendar days
  • Labels and tags must still be attached to the ordered items as applied by us
  • The returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and labels attached
Are there any item(s) that I cannot return?

Yes, we do not accept returns of:

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions described above. For example, we do not accept return items that are not in their original condition, with all accessories and labels supplied with them, returned later than 14 calendar days
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This includes all swimming costumes, bikinis and underwear
  • Discounted items
  • Personalized goods
How do I return an item?

Returns from Belgium

The Customer must complete and send his right of return electronically via the return button / option in the original order confirmation e-mail.  Follow the steps and download your return label.  Electrify will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of his/ her return request by e-mail.

Returns from any other country

Please fill in the online return form.   Then go to your post office to have a return label created at your local post office.

Always state in the subject line: RETURN + your order number.  Always mention the reason for your return so that we can learn from it to serve our customers even better in the future.

My return is lost in transit, what do I need to do?

Return shipments are at the buyer's own risk. This means that neither Electrify nor Style Suppliers BV can be held liable for damaged or lost returned items.  Therefore, always ask your return shipper for a tracking code and keep it safe.

Do I pay for a return?

Yes.  Return shipments are at your expense.  Electrify does not refund them.

Processing returns is expensive: each return costs on average €12.50 in Belgium (even without taking shipping costs into account).  Moreover, returns have a negative impact on the environment: items that are returned take a longer route on average and are (re)packed at least twice.

How much do I pay on average for a return shipment?

This will depend on your country and the weight of the parcel. 

On average within Belgium, you currently pay 8€ for a parcel up to 1kg with tracking code. These prices are an indication and are subject to change.  For an accurate real-time rate, please contact the shipping carrier.

How much time do I have to return an item?

The short answer is 14 days.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Style Suppliers BV, Reeboklaan 73, 3080 Tervuren, Belgium, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she has physically received the goods.   The Customer is on time if he/she returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

When will I be refunded for my returned item?

As soon as we receive your returned item,it will go through a quality check.

If the quality check is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds may take several days upon reception of your returned item, depending on the chosen payment and refund method.

Can I pay in a currency other than Euros?

No, only payments in Euros are accepted.

When will my card be debited?

If you have chosen Bancontact, another debit method or Paypal, the order amount will be debited as soon as the order is placed on electrify.style. 

If you have paid by credit card, your card will not be debited until your order is ready for shipment.  However, your bank usually reserves the amount on your card account immediately.

Packaging and Sustainability
Why are the clothes packed in polybags?

We inspect the quality of each garment upon arrival at our warehouse.

The clothes are then stored and packed in polybags to protect them from humidity, dust and UV rays. 

The articles are packed in ECOBags for textiles made of recycled film (regranulate).

What packaging materials are used for my parcel?

At Electrify, our ambition is to use the most sustainable packaging materials possible.

In addition to recycled polybags, the articles are packed either in recycled cardboard and fully recyclable or in recycled poly mailers made from at least 80% recycled plastic, produced locally in Europe.  All our packaging materials are recyclable, compostable or biodegradable.

Our packaging partner is Packhelp.

Thanks to this partnership, we can claim the eco badge for packaging.

What other sustainability and packaging goals does electrify have?

In addition to the sustainability ambitions mentioned above, we try to ship articles with a higher packaging density to send less air. This has the advantage of using less material, as well as lowering the CO2 impact per package sent, as more packages will fit in a vehicle.
