Place an order

At Electrify, we pay a lot of attention to the user-friendliness of the electrify.style webshop.  Nevertheless, there may still be questions about how to order an item in an easy way.  That’s why we have detailed the ordering, shipping and returns process for you in this section.

To place an order on our website, you can order with or without an account.

We always recommend though creating an account to enjoy the following benefits:

- Receive updates on our latest trends and articles with your consent

- Create a personal wish list

- Consult your purchase history at any time

- Save address and payment details for a faster checkout for future purchases

Place your products in your cart.  The prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive but do not include shipment costs.  Shipment costs will be shown at checkout based on your order total weight, the selected shipment method and the country of destination for your order.

Once you’ve added your products in your cart, select "go to payment".  A new window will appear to complete your details in a secured environment.  Follow these  steps:

  1. Check your shopping cart totals
  2. Complete your address
  3. Choose a shipping method
  4. Check your order
  5. Select a payment method
  6. Confirm Terms and Conditions
  7. Confirm Payment

Did you forget something? Click on the top of the page on the cart icon and choose  "review cart". 

If everything is correct, click on "I agree to the terms and conditions" and press the "place order" button.

Please note that you can change your mind at any time until you click ‘place order’. If you change your mind after this, you can still use the right of withdrawal.  We then advise you to contact us within the hour on support@electrify.style or via whatsapp.

Shipping and delivery process

Once your order has been placed, we put all our efforts to deliver your articles as soon as possible.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a track and trace number  Any status changes regarding your order such as the dispatch of your order will be available via the track and trace number.

Orders that reach us before 23:00 and for which the payment has been completed immediately and which are in stock will be dispatched within 48h.  Depending on the selected shipping method and country of destination, it typically takes 1-5 working days for you to receive your order after dispatch. 

However, it may happen that we can’t meet the deadline for different reasons such as products being out of stock, issues during shipping such as delays, etc. An indication of the delivery time is given during check-out.  Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are always quoted when the order is placed, depending on the total weight, the selected shipping method and country of destination.

Orders above € 125, get free shipping.  Some exceptions might apply such as sales, personalized items or when indicated specifically.

We currently do not deliver in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Delivery is made via the parcel delivery service of various carriers. Therefore, we cannot always guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Returns
Return Requirements

The Customer has the right to return items within a period of 14 calendar days.

The direct costs of returning the articles are for the customer.  Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice for a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by

Electrify will also not be refunded.Electrify does not refund the original shipping costs.  Only the returned item(s), when returned in the conditions mentioned in this document, will be refunded.  Electrify will refund the customer using the same means of payment the customer used to make the original transaction, unless the customer has explicitly agreed otherwise. 

The customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and labels as applied originally.  If the returned item is in any way diminished in value, Electrify reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the customer's use of the articles.  This might lead to a partial refund or no refund at all. We do not accept returns of:personalized goods, or those clearly intended for a specific personsealed goods that are not suitable for return for healthcare or hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery; this includes all swimming costumes, bikinis and underweardiscounted itemsarticles which, upon receipt, are not in their original condition, with all accompanying accessories, and labels.

Return Process

Returns from Belgium

The Customer must complete and send his right of return electronically via the return button / option in the original order confirmation e-mail.  Follow the steps and download your return label.  Electrify will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of his/ her return request by e-mail.

Returns from any other country

Please e-mail us at returns@electrify.style  or via the online return form [add link].   You will need to have a return label created at your local post office.

Always state in the subject line: RETURN + your order number.  Always mention the reason for your return so that we can learn from it to serve our customers even better in the future.
