The e-commerce website of Style Suppliers BV, with registered office at Reeboklaan 73, 3080 Tervuren, with VAT number BE0789598905 and RPR Leuven, (hereinafter "Electrify") offers its Customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its online shop.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to any order placed by a visitor ("Customer") on www.electrify.style. When placing an order through Electrify’s online shop, the Customer must expressly accept these Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by Electrify.
All prices stated on our website are expressed in euros, always including VAT. All other taxes or duties to be borne by the Customer will be explicitly mentioned or appear at checkout.
If delivery, shipping reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

The price indication for each article refers exclusively to the articles as described in writing. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.
Despite the fact that the online catalogue and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for Electrify. Electrify is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the accuracy and completeness of the information offered. Electrify is in no case liable in case of manifest material errors, misprints or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about e.g., sizes, colour, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we request the Customer to contact our Customer Care Hub before your purchase.
The offer is valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn by Electrify at any time. Electrify cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to certain conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Order placed before 23:00 hours, which are in stock and when direct payment has been chosen will be dispatched within 48 hours. It may take up to 5 days after dispatch to receive your order, depending on the selected shipment method and destination country.
Some products might not be on stock or might encounter delays. At checkout we try to provide you with an estimated delivery time. We will always try to inform you as soon as possible if any changes occur or if for any reason, we cannot comply with this estimated delivery date.
Please note that some articles may have separate delivery times. If this is the case, it will be mentioned explicitly.
Be careful – If you place an order after 14:00 hours, your order will only be processed on the following workday. Our workdays are from Monday 9:00 AM CET until Friday 6:00 PM CET.

Delivery is made via parcel delivery from various parcel services. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative defect of an article or any other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported to Electrify by the Customer without delay.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer as soon as he/she (or a third party designated by him/her, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the items and this choice was not offered by Electrify.
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Electrify until paid for in full by the Customer.
The Customer agrees to inform third parties of Electrify's retention of property, if necessary, e.g., to anyone who may come to seize items not yet paid for in full.
The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online on electrify.style in their capacity as consumers.
The Customer has the right to return the items within a period of 14 calendar days.
The return period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer must inform Electrify of its decision to withdraw from the agreement.
Returns from Belgium
The Customer must complete and send his right of return electronically via the return button / option in the original order confirmation e-mail. Electrify will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of his/ her return request by e-mail without delay.

You will need to have a return label created at your local post office.
For all customers to comply with the return period, the Customer must have a written proof of the return request before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Style Suppliers BV, Reeboklaan 73, 3080 Tervuren, Belgium, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she communicates his/her decision to return the item to Style Suppliers BV. The Customer is on time if he/she returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
Only returns complying with the following conditions will be accepted:
undamaged items under certain conditions:
- A return must be made within a period of 14 calendar days
- Labels and tags must still be attached to the ordered items as applied by us
- The returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and labels attached
We will not accept returns for / The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal/return for:
- Items that do not meet the return conditions described above. For example, we do not accept return items that are not in their original condition, with all accessories and labels supplied with them, returned later than 14 calendar days
- Sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This includes all swimming costumes, bikinis and underwear
- Discounted items
- Personalised goods such as for example the items on demand from the Corinne Moers collection
All returned items are carefully examined. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would be allowed to do in a shop. Returned articles may be tried on, but must not have been used. If an article has suffered a depreciation in value due to the Customer's use, this will be charged to the Customer.
If the Customer withdraws from the agreement (ie. requested a return), Electrify shall refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, excluding delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 21 calendar days after Style Suppliers BV has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the agreement for orders complying with the conditions mentioned earlier in this article. Style Suppliers BV may wait until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has proved that he/she has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
The shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by Electrify and are at the Customer’s charge.
Electrify will reimburse the Customer using the same means of payment with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless it has expressly been mutually agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Pursuant to the Act of 21 September 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.
To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer's home, the Customer should contact Electrify’s Customer Care Hub and return the item to Style Suppliers BV at the Customer's expense as per Art. 7 of this document.
Upon discovery of a defect, the Customer must inform Electrify as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported within 14 calendar days of its discovery by the Customer. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement expires.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the user instructions, adjustments or modifications to the article, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, subject to proof to the contrary by the Customer.

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to Electrify, in case of non-payment or late payment, Electrify reserves the right to refuse the shipment of the item(s) or take back items that have not been paid for (in full).

The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.
Belgian law applies.
The courts of the Consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction in the event of legal disputes. The Consumer can also consult the ODR platform.
